5.6 Security and Fraud Prevention: The Company uses the Data Owner’s contact information, identifying data, commercial information, financial information, location data, internet activity, browsing history, and inferences to protect the website, the Company, and others, and to prevent fraud, theft, and misconduct.
6.1 The data we collect is securely stored on cloud servers located in data centers in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Germany. The data is processed encrypted in these countries or others outside the data subject’s country of residence. This transfer of personal data is done in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure complete data protection.
6.2 Regarding transfers to countries outside the data subject’s country of residence, the Company commits to using standard contractual clauses and applying necessary data protection laws in countries that are not classified as providing an adequate level of personal data protection.

10.3 Right to Correct Personal Data: The Data Owner has the right to request correction of their personal data if they believe it is inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete. This can be done via the email mentioned in (Clause 16). The data will be reviewed and updated within thirty days, and the Data Owner will be notified of the updates via email.
10.4 Right to Destroy Personal Data: The Data Owner has the right to request the destruction of their personal data under certain circumstances, unless there is a legal provision specifying a certain retention period for the data or contractual requirements preventing its destruction.
10.5 Right to Withdraw Consent for Processing Personal Data: The Data Owner can withdraw their consent for processing their personal data at any time, unless there are legitimate purposes requiring otherwise.
10.6 The company reserves the right to extend the aforementioned period if additional unexpected or extraordinary effort is required for execution or if multiple requests are received from the Data Owner. The extension shall not exceed an additional thirty days.
